Having looked around online and various blogs, it seems in a few days, blogging has done what the news hasn't been able to. I'm really moved, hearing that donations are pouring in from around the world, and that the story is circulating because of people like you who bring the story to the attention of everyone that reads your blog. (I wouldn't have heard about it today had I not read it in your blog.)
Having read a bit more of Dennis Zaki's intentions and that, I feel a bit better about supporting that cause. (Not that I felt bad before, I was just miffed (and still am) at the wording in the first article. -.-) I hope this raises enough awareness that it doesn't get this bad again for those in Emmonak and elsewhere.
